Order Processing
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works:

Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 48 hours during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM EST). Occasionally, processing may take up to 3 business days to ensure accuracy.

Order Finalization: Once your order is placed through our website or with an ORT Motorsport team member, it is considered final. To maintain efficiency, we’re unable to modify or combine orders after submission. If you’d like to add items, please place a new order.

Backordered Items: If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you within 72 hours and offer a refund or an estimated restock date.
Our goal is to get your order to you promptly, and we appreciate your understanding of these timelines.
Shipping
We partner with trusted carriers like UPS™ and FedEx™ to deliver your order safely and on time.

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of processing. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Free shipping, when offered (e.g., via promotions or coupon codes), applies to standard ground shipping within the lower 48 U.S. states. Expedited shipping options are available at standard rates and are not eligible for free shipping discounts. Free shipping orders may require an additional 24 hours for processing.

Signature Requirements: For your security, orders over $800 require a receiver signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for high-value shipments.

Address Verification: To prevent fraud, we may request proof of identity if the billing and shipping addresses don’t match. Your information is handled securely and never shared.

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to the carrier’s claim process.

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse a delivery, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee to cover handling. Special-order items refused upon delivery are non-refundable.

International Shipping

Special Order & Custom Items
Some products, like forged wheels or custom suspension kits, are special-order items made to your specifications or sourced directly from suppliers. These items have unique policies:

Non-Cancellable Orders: Once a special-order item is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned due to its custom nature. This ensures we can fulfill your order without delays or additional costs from suppliers.

Extended Lead Times: While in-stock items ship within days, special-order items may take up to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on production and supplier timelines. We’ll keep you updated on your order’s progress.

Cancellation Fees: In rare cases where cancellation is possible (e.g., before production begins), a fee of up to 50% may apply to cover supplier costs.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:

Return Window: You may return new, unopened, unused items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and repackaging. In some cases, restocking fees may be up to 20% for high-value or complex items.

Special-Order Items: Special-order or custom items are non-returnable due to their bespoke nature.

ORT Errors: If we send an incorrect or defective item, we’ll cover return shipping costs and waive restocking fees. Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Refused Deliveries: If you refuse a delivery, return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee apply. Special-order items are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving your return and may take up to 14 days to appear in your account. Credit card refunds incur a 3% transaction fee to cover processing costs.

Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased during one-time promotional sales (e.g., Black Friday) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange to maintain the integrity of these special offers.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deny returns if they’re used, damaged, or lack an RMA number. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot issue refunds for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses.
